To reserve, send us an e-mail with the name of the villa or the apartment, the wished period, your name, your address and phone number.
The booking will be actual only after payment of a deposit of 30 % of the rent price.
The balance must be paid by bank transfer 21 days before the arrival date or in cash upon delivery of the keys.
The rents can be occupied only by the maximal number of persons indicated. The owner will refuse the access of the villa or the apartment to the persons in excess.
The linen and the towels are not supplied but there is the possibility for rent it, ask of the booking.
The price for the cleaning before your departure is 100 Eur.
A guarantee of 800 Eur, cancelled at the latest 15 days after your departure will be asked.
In high season, in order to have your home ready, the arrivals are from 4pm on Saturday or Sunday and the departures should always be earlier than 10:00 am on the day agreed in the contract.
During the low season there is more flexibility for the time and day of arrival and departure.
